We are seeking an ambitious, relationship-driven Sales Representative to join our team as a Home Care Consultant at Home Instead in Morgantown. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of aging adults and their families throughout Monongalia, Marion, and Harrison Counties.

As our Home Care Consultant, you will play a key role in driving growth, building community connections, and expanding our reach. This position is perfect for someone who thrives in a consultative sales environment—comfortable with everything from making cold calls to leading engaging group presentations.

What You’ll Do

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with referral partners and community organizations.
  • Identify new business opportunities and generate referrals within the assigned territory.
  • Manage and document sales activity using Salesforce, including leads, outreach, and follow-ups.
  • Prepare and execute a structured weekly call plan to meet sales goals.
  • Conduct in-home consultations with potential clients and families to assess their care needs.
  • Respond promptly to service inquiries and provide clear information about Home Instead services.
  • Participate in community events, presentations, and networking opportunities to increase brand visibility and awareness.

What We’re Looking For

  • A self-starter with strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Proven experience in sales, business development, or community outreach, preferably in health care or senior services.
  • Organized, motivated, and comfortable working independently while managing multiple priorities.
  • Proficient in using CRM tools such as Salesforce (or willing to learn).
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle required.

Schedule:

  • Monday through Friday (May include weekend work.)

Requirements:

  • Five (5) years of experience as an outside representative. Experience in the home care industry is a plus.
  • High school Diploma / GED
  • Reliable vehicle and valid drivers license.
