Mindy Ochs, Franchise Owner
Mindy joined Home Instead after experiencing first-hand the challenges of dealing with long term illness and needing in home care. She understands how even a small amount of help can be a tremendous gift to a family. During a 10-year battle with Lyme Disease, Mindy and her family brought help into the home to assist with housekeeping and other duties. Bringing a stranger into the home to help out was very difficult but had a tremendous impact by lightening the burden on family members and helping Mindy heal. Mindy's goal is to use her experiences to help others get through similar situations and help them find the care and support that they need.
Mindy's strong background in quality assurance and employee training, as well as a strong drive for excellence supports her goals of providing high quality and effective care for our clients.
