No professional care experience? No problem. We provide paid training and can help you become a Washington State licensed Home Care Aide (HCA).

What You'll Do

As a Home Instead Care Pro, you will provide one-on-one support to local seniors and Veterans, including:

• Overnight supervision and safety

• Companionship and conversation

• Personal care, including bathing, dressing, and grooming

• Meal preparation and medication reminders

• Light housekeeping and household routines

• Transportation, errands, and appointments

• Helping clients remain safe and independent at home

Pay and Benefits

• Starting at $18.00 per hour

• Higher starting pay for licensed HCAs and CNAs

• Flexible overnight, weekend, and part-time schedules

• Additional daytime shifts available, if desired

• Paid training
