No caregiving experience? No problem. We provide paid training and help you become a Washington State licensed Home Care Aide (HCA) if needed.

What You'll Do
As a Home Instead Care Pro (short for Care Professional), you'll provide one-on-one care and companionship by helping clients with:

What You'll Do
As a Home Instead Care Pro (short for Care Professional), you'll provide one-on-one care and companionship by helping clients with:
- Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal care
- Prepare meals and provide medication reminders
- Offer companionship, conversation, and encouragement
- Help with light housekeeping and household routines
- Assist with errands, appointments, shopping, and transportation
- Help seniors remain safe, comfortable, and independent in their own homes
Pay & Benefits
- Starting pay $18.00 per hour
- Higher starting pay for licensed HCAs and CNAs
- Flexible part-time schedules
