Todd & Lizzie O'Neill, Owners

Alyssa Siebert, Executive Assistant
Alyssa was born in Germany and has lived in many places throughout her life while her dad served in the Air Force. She recently moved to Hawaii, with her husband, who currently serves in the army, and 2 boys. She enjoys photography, running and traveling with her family. Alyssa has been working with seniors since 2011, starting as a server in a Retirement Community as her first job. This began her love for seniors and caring for them. She graduated with a bachelor’s degree in early childhood education with a minor in American Sign Language. Her love for Seniors never diminished, which led her back to working directly in a Retirement Community as an administrative assistant. Alyssa joined our team at Home Instead in 2020 and loves working every moment.

Heidi Gafford, Accounting Manager & Operations Manager
Heidi Gafford is a Pacific Northwest native who loves everything about it, even the rain. She recently returned to the work force after 15 years of staying home to raise her sons. Prior to that she worked in a variety of accounting roles. Heidi joined the Home Instead team, in October 2021. She enjoys her role as finance director as well as being able to interact with the elderly and their families to ensure they are getting the best service possible. When not at work or running her boys all over town, she enjoys long walks and painting.

Victoria, Client Care Coordinator
Victoria grew up in the beautiful town of Jackson, Wyoming, and recently made the move to Washington in early June. She loves the change of scenery and is taking every opportunity to be outside, especially if there’s water nearby.
Victoria is a proud aunt to six amazing kids who mean the world to her. In her free time, Victoria enjoys painting, working on puzzles, and spending time outdoors. Her constant sidekick is Nola, a black lab/kelpie mix. She’s full of energy and keeps Victoria active with daily trips to the dog park—ball is definitely life for her!

Elizabeth James, Business Development Advisor
Elizabeth has fond memories of caring for her grandparents, especially of her one grandmother who lived with Elizabeth and her family of 6 through 2019. For Elizabeth, baking, traveling and motorcycle trips with her husband are highlights in her life. In 2024 she began working for Home Instead as a Care Provider, adding to over 20 years of experience in education and community service. Soon after joining Home Instead as a care professional, Elizabeth took on the role of Business Development Advisor. This allows her to use her organizational skills as well as continuing to build relationships with caregivers and clients.

Tina Garcia, Recruitment and Engagement Coordinator
Tina has lived in Washington all her life and has gotten the most joy out of raising her kids and now watching her grandkids grow. Helping others has always been in her heart from being a hospice volunteer to Girl Scouts to PTA. Tina has worked in the healthcare field for almost 10 years and looks forward to providing the very best customer service experience every single day with Home Instead.

Tasha Tuipea, Office Administration and Service Coordinator

Lisa Bellows, Weekend On-Call
Lisa has been our main weekend on-call backup for several years now. The office may close at five, but we know our job doesn't stop there. Having a true 24/7 accessibility is one of the things that sets us apart.
"Got an issue at 10 pm? Don't hesitate to call. I started as a caregiver here at Home Instead and I know that our client's needs don't occur neatly between 9 and 5. So, please call. You'll always find a real voice here on the other end"
We know it's a comfort to our clients, and also to their families that we are the eyes and ears, always on watch, when they can't be. Lisa is the reason we can confidently say, "Call us anytime!"
