Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of sales or marketing experience
  • Experience in home care, healthcare, or a related service field preferred
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
  • Strong communication, organization, and professional presentation skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Knowledge of Salesforce CRM

What You’ll Do
Primary Responsibilities
  • Build & Maintain Relationships: Engage with referral partners such as hospitals, medical offices, rehab centers, and senior living communities.
  • Drive Sales Goals: Meet inquiry generation and market share objectives using a consultative sales approach.
  • Plan & Execute: Develop weekly and monthly sales and marketing plans in collaboration with leadership.
  • Represent the Brand: Conduct one-on-one meetings and deliver group presentations promoting Home Instead services.
  • Maintain Records: Document all prospecting and sales activity to optimize territory performance.
  • Lead Generation: Generate qualified leads through networking, cold calling, email outreach, and community involvement.
  • Client Consultations: Meet with potential clients and families to understand needs and recommend appropriate service options.
