Margaret, who is originally from Scotland, began working with Home Instead Bellevue as a caregiver in 1999. As Care Coordinator Margaret manages the schedules of all clients and caregivers, as well as coordinating all care. She enjoys the challenges her position provides. When not working, Margaret enjoys hiking, horseback riding and travelling and loves to spend time with family and friends.

With over a decade of dedication to the Bellevue, WA Home Instead office, Jessica has poured all her hard work into her roll of Recruitment and Engagement Coordinator. Ensuring that everyone that comes on board with the Bellevue team is qualified and has a heart for helping others. In her down time, she finds fishing, boating, gardening, and hiking most enjoyable.

I am originally from Minnesota, but I have lived in Washinton State for 20 years now. I have worked in customer service for over 25 years now. My favorite part of being the Home Care Consultant is getting to know our future clients and finding out how we can help them with their needs. In my free time I enjoy spending time with friends and family. Specially my husband, Ryan and our two dogs, Authur and Ruby.

I grew up on the Oregon Coast. In 2017, I moved to Seattle and it has been my home since. Elevated customer service has been my focus for many years now. In the role of Home Care Consultant, I find that being able to help clients stay at home longer, is very rewarding. In my spare time, I love to hang out with my French Bulldog and Abyssinian cat. My favorite hobbies include: seeing live music, dancing, reading books, art, and traveling.

Main is a member of the Home Instead team and is a trusted source for you and your family when it comes to caring for you and your loved ones. Main has been a pharmacist for over 25 years. He became intrigued with Home Instead after working with patients in long term care pharmacy. Through his work experience, Main saw firsthand a true need for quality care when someone can no longer take care of themselves and families need extra support. Main believes in the value of great home care and has made it a priority to provide quality care and compassion to our growing senior population. Main and his staff are dedicated to our mission by doing what is best to enhance the lives of aging adults and their families with both diligence and sincerity. Main has lived in Northwest for 30 years and is a graduate of the University of Washington. Main is married to Jennifer Ng and they have three children.
