Quality Assurance Representative

At Home Instead, we’re on a mission to enhance the lives of aging adults and their families and we’re looking for someone who shares that passion.

We are currently seeking a Quality Assurance Representative to help ensure our clients receive the highest level of care and our Care Professionals feel supported, confident, and successful in their roles.

What You’ll Do:

• Conduct client quality assurance visits to ensure satisfaction and care plan accuracy
• Build strong relationships with clients, families, and Care Professionals
• Monitor and uphold Home Instead care standards and compliance
• Identify opportunities for improvement and provide coaching/support
• Assist with onboarding, training follow-ups, and ongoing caregiver development
• Document visits and maintain accurate records
