J.R. Crazier, Owner
I entered the field of caregiving following my father's diagnosis with pancreatic cancer. After his passing in 2015, I resigned from my previous position and redirected my career to provide care for others. While serving as an Administrator in a skilled nursing facility, I managed daily operations during the day and supplemented my experience by working evenings as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA). I am deeply passionate about caring for individuals in need. I founded my Home Instead franchise with the vision of making a meaningful impact in people's lives. Each day, our team delivers incremental yet significant improvements to our clients' well-being by addressing their most pressing needs.
Outside of my professional commitments, I am an automotive enthusiast with a keen interest in cars, motorcycles, and outdoor adventures. I share this passion for the outdoors with my wife and children. Originally from Idaho, we have established our home in Utah County, Utah, where we enjoy the proximity to the stunning Wasatch Mountain Range. There, we engage in activities such as hiking, paddleboarding, and creating lasting family memories.
