Caregiver

Home Instead is looking for caring and compassionate Caregivers—we call ours Care Professionals—to become a part of our team and join our mission of expanding the world’s capacity to care. Home Instead provides a variety of non-medical services that allow individuals to remain in their home and meet the challenges of daily living, with care and compassion.

Location: Cuero, Texas
Shifts are 12 hours. This Schedule will be ran on a 36/48hour rotation.
This will start full effect on January 1st, 2026.

Primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Companionship and conversation
• Light housekeeping tasks and meal preparation
• Medication and appointment reminders
• Ability to treat and care for a client and their property with dignity and respect
• Ability to communicate in a friendly and compassionate manner
• Possess a valid driver’s license and valid auto insurance (required if driving clients)
• Assisting with ADL's and IADL's
• Have experience with assistive devices. -(Hoyer Lift)
• Have experience with Quadriplegia.
