Key Responsibilities

  • Answer calls professionally and knowledgeably
  • Match clients and Caregivers based on needs, skills, and location
  • Maintain schedules, fostering quality matches and strong relationships
  • Monitor, mediate, and log activities in our software system
  • Ensure accurate client and Caregiver records
  • Address client and Caregiver concerns as needed
  • Communicate openly with colleagues, Caregivers, clients, and family members
  • Uphold company policies, procedures, and business ethics
  • Perform caregiving in emergencies if on-call

Key Metrics for Success

  • Maintains client schedules two weeks in advance for 95% of clients
  • Maintains updated and accurate Care Pro availability and personnel information
  • Utilizes 75% of Care Pro availability each week
  • Uses no more than 3% of total hours per week as un-billable overtime
  • Submits accurate client invoices and care logs within 14 days of completed billing cycle to LTC insurance companies.

Schedule: Monday through Friday 8am-5pm with rotating on call duties.

Qualifications

  • College degree strongly preferred
  • High integrity
  • Excellent customer service skills and eagerness to learn
  • Strong organizational and typing skills (60 WPM preferred)
  • Ability to excel in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • Adaptable and able to act with urgency
  • Enjoys a sense of humor
  • Completes criminal background, MVR, drug screen, and reference checks
  • Passion for working with the aging population
  • Familiarity with systems like Outlook, WellSky (ClearCare), Salesforce, and Microsoft Office Suite
