Tim and Buffy Dungan, Franchise Owners
Tim and Buffy are dedicated Occupational Therapists who have a deep understanding of the importance of preserving seniors' independence and enhancing their quality of life. Their commitment to the Home Instead family reflects their passion for helping seniors maintain their autonomy and remain in the comfort of their own homes.
As experienced therapists, Tim and Buffy utilize their expertise in therapy techniques and assistive devices to empower seniors to continue performing their daily activities independently. They recognize the profound impact that independence can have on seniors' sense of purpose and overall satisfaction with life.
Outside their professional endeavors, Tim and Buffy lead fulfilling lives filled with family, furry companions, and community engagement. They cherish moments spent with loved ones, including their two dogs, Sully and Sadie, and actively participate in church activities. Their active lifestyle includes travel adventures and organizing initiatives like the Be A Santa To A Senior program, spreading joy to seniors during the holiday season.
Furthermore, Tim and Buffy's involvement in various charitable organizations such as Meals on Wheels, True Options Pregnancy Care Center, and Compassion International underscores their commitment to making a positive difference in the lives of others. Paige is a dedicated professional with two years of experience at Home Instead, where she serves as a scheduler. In this role, Paige excels in matching clients with caregivers, ensuring optimal care and support for each individual. Beyond her career, Paige is a loving mother of two sons, balancing her professional responsibilities with her family life seamlessly.
Outside of work and family commitments, Paige finds joy in various hobbies. She is an outdoor enthusiast who appreciates spending time amidst nature, finding solace and inspiration in the great outdoors. Additionally, Paige enjoys the thrill of working on her motorcycle, embracing the freedom of the open road. In quieter moments, she indulges her creative side through the art of macramé, weaving intricate patterns and designs with skill and passion.
With her compassionate nature, organizational expertise, and diverse interests, Paige embodies a well-rounded individual committed to enriching the lives of others both professionally and personally.

Marina Pusateri is the vibrant recruiter at Home Instead, bringing dedicated service to the team. Born and raised amidst the warm deserts of Tucson, Arizona, Marina has woven the Texan spirit into her identity, now proudly calling Texas her home. Beyond her professional endeavors, Marina finds solace and joy in the simplicity of home life and finds inspiration and rejuvenation in soaking in the beauty of nature. Newly married, she cherishes moments spent with her loved ones, including her beloved Australian Shepherd, Trooper, who adds an extra layer of warmth and excitement to their home. Marina Pusateri embodies a unique blend of warmth, determination, and adventurous spirit in both her personal and professional life.

Emily Abrams, Office Coordinator
Emily is our office coordinator who helps our office to run smoothly and efficiently. Emily answers our phones, assists with scheduling, quality assurance, billing and compliance.
Emily graduated with a degree in Community Health from Texas A&M University (Gig 'Em!), and she’s passionate about using her knowledge to improve the well-being of others. Her connection to seniors is particularly special, stemming from her experience with a caregiver support group for individuals with Alzheimer’s during her last semester of college. It was there that Emily truly fell in love with the senior community, and she’s been dedicated to supporting them ever since.
When she’s not at work, Emily is busy enjoying her many hobbies. She loves to go camping and spend time in nature. Emily also enjoys playing pickleball with her husband, traveling to new destinations, and hosting board game nights with friends and family. And of course, no day is complete without some quality time with her sweet puppy, Winnie.

Amanda Long joined our team as a Weekend On-Call Coordinator. She performs various administrative duties including answering incoming telephone calls, scheduling replacement CarePros as needed, performing client/CarePro introductions, and caregiving if needed, supporting other staff members to provide the highest quality services to clients.

Alise Olszewski, Retention Coordinator
Alise, from Howe, Texas, has devoted more than 21 years to caregiving, driven by her passion for ensuring seniors receive the highest quality of care. Throughout her career, she has been dedicated to making a positive impact in the lives of older adults and their families. In her current role as Retention Coordinator at Home Instead, Alise focuses on supporting and training caregivers, fostering excellence, and promoting compassionate, professional service for every senior. A proud mother and “Gammie” to her beloved daughter and granddaughter, Alise is grateful to be part of the Home Instead family, where she continues to make a meaningful difference every day.
