Meet Our Team
Michael Boyd

Michael Boyd, Owner

Over 20 years ago a sweet caregiver by the name of Bonita helped Michael's father as he battled Congestive Heart Failure. Bonita came every day to help Mr. Boyd get dressed, eat nutritious meals, take his medications, bathe, get to the bathroom and make his appointments. She often sat with him to play cards or just watch TV. On top of that, Bonita was able to keep the Boyd home tidy. Because of Bonita's commitment to care for Michael's father, his mother was able to return to work and run the family business.

After a career in golf and commercial insurance Michael is excited to join Home Instead to positively affect the face of aging in our community. He has a passion for people, loves caring for others, and wants those in need to experience the same care Bonita gave to his father, and ultimately his family.

Michael has lived in the Tulsa area for over 30 years, has been Married to Jamie for more than 18 years, together they have 3 wonderful children.

In the beginning her main duties included HR, Bookkeeping, Accounts Payable, and Accounts Receivable. She also helped with scheduling, recruiting, hiring, training, and caregiving. She has been vital to the business and its growth.

When she is not working Jamie enjoys her children, her dog, napping and date nights with her husband (the most handsome man in the world).

Deanna Tiger

Deanna Tiger, Recruitment & Engagement Coordinator

Deanna has spent over 25 years in customer service, and has always loved helping people—but caring for her grandmother in her final years is what truly led her to her purpose. That experience brought Deanna to Home Instead, where she started as a Care Professional and instantly knew she was right where she was meant to be. Over time, Deanna was blessed with the chance to grow into the role of Hiring and Training Coordinator, thanks to someone she admires very much who believed in her. Now, she gets to connect with kindhearted people who are ready to make a meaningful difference in our clients' lives.
