Meet Our Team
Kim Lopez

Kim L, Certified Cognitive Coach / Client Care Advisor

Kim joined the Home Instead team as a caregiver and quickly became a valued member of the office team as Services Coordinator. Kim's focus is to ensure we make the best match between client and caregiver, understanding that personality matching is just as important as skill matching. Because of her own experience as a family caregiver, Kim can relate to the families we serve on a very personal level, providing them with the peace of mind that their loved one will be well cared for.

As a Certified Cognitive Coach, Kim serves as a member of the Greater Dallas Chapter of the Alzheimer's Association's Speakers Bureau and Southern Region Walk to End Alzheimer's Planning Committee. In addition, Kim provides Alzheimer's & Dementia Education and Resources, including free Memory Screenings to families in our community.

AImee Stockton

Aimee S, Recruitment Coordinator

Aimee joined the Home Instead team in April 2025 with 15 years of experiences teaching and nurturing children.  Now, she is transitioning her focus to caring for the other end of the spectrum identifying and developing the best caregivers to provide exceptional care and support for aging adults.  Aimee’s philosophy is “Every day is a chance to make someone feel at home and share your heart.” Whether it’s through a warm smile, a listening ear, or lending a helping hand, I’m here to serve with love.

Alex Ardolino

Alexandra A, Office Coordinator

Alex joined Home Instead in December 2024.  A native Texan, Alex spent 8 years working in the Resort industry in Las Vegas, NV before returning to the Metroplex.  With her strong attention to detail and organizational skills, Alex will ensure the entire Home Instead team stays on their toes, ensuring compliance to State and Home Instead regulations. In her spare time, Alex enjoys sewing and crafting, specifically making costumes.

Jenna Crisp

Jenna G, Service Coordinator

Jenna joined the Home Instead team in April 2025 after spending the last decade working in senior care while being the primary caregiver for her aging parents.  As a family caregiver, Jenna developed a profound passion for the well-being and care of seniors. This passion stems from the realization that caring for our loved ones demands a significant commitment of compassion, patience, and unwavering dedication.

Jenna also realized it is equally important to recognize and address the needs and concerns of those who provide care for our cherished ones. Jenna’s aspiration is to ensure caregivers receive the support, recognition, and respect they deserve. By fulfilling their needs and addressing their concerns, we demonstrate our appreciation for their invaluable contributions to creating safe and peaceful environments for both our loved ones and families.

“The greatest gift you can give someone is your time, your attention, and your love.” By making others happy, we find our own sense of fulfillment and joy.
