Home Instead is actively hiring for a Quality Assurance and Development Coordinator for SE Dallas, Ellis and E Johnson Counties.
The Quality Assurance and Development Coordinator covers a wide range of responsibilities to ensure clients receive the appropriate care to match their needs and that Care Pros are trained to provide the care needed, based on established care plans.
Quality Assurance and Development Coordinator will conduct in-home visits with clients, assessing client care needs, evaluating caregiver competency and making recommendations regarding changes in care needs.
Quality Assurance and Development Coordinator will be responsible for facilitating New Care Pro Orientation, as well as ongoing training, coaching and development.

The Ideal candidate for this position will have:
- Working knowledge of the senior care industry
- Hands-on caregiving experience
- Experience in facilitating employee training
- Strong computer skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Scheduling flexibility, including evenings, weekend and holidays as needed
- Experience working in a small office environment
- A strong sense of urgency and the ability to prioritize
