Bryce and Christi Florence, Owners
Bryce and Christi Florence are the proud owners of Home Instead Northwest Houston!
Bryce and Christi both grew up in College Station, Texas, where they stayed to complete their education. Bryce graduated from the Texas A&M College of Engineering with a Bachelor of Science in Engineering, and Christi graduated from the Texas A&M College of Nursing with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing.
In 2021, they decided to join the Home Instead family by taking ownership of the Northwest Houston location. Since coming to Houston, Bryce and Christi are grateful to have growth in their business and in their family. In 2024 they welcomed their son.
They are staying busy by continuing to enhance their team and their services to better care for the seniors and veterans of Northwest Houston. Their vision for Home Instead Northwest Houston is to become the premier brand of Home Care in Northwest Houston and set the standard for Home Care across Texas.
When they're not working, Bryce and Christi are having fun raising their son, watching Aggie Football, and spending time outdoors with their dogs!

Julia Basaldua, Office Manager
Julia began with Home Instead as a Care Pro in Dallas/Fort Worth before joining the Houston team in 2015. She advanced through various roles, including Office Coordinator, Service Coordinator, Support Specialist, and Service Manager, before becoming Office Manager in 2023. Her broad experience makes her an invaluable team member.
As Office Manager, Julia oversees scheduling and leads office processes, and fosters strong relationships with clients, families, and Care Pros, ensuring excellent care and communication.
Outside work, Julia enjoys spending time with her children, family, and friends, exploring museums, taking road trips, and antique shopping. A proud Houstonian, she loves making a difference in her community.

Taj Florence, Human Resources Information Systems Specialist
Taj is our Human Resources Information Systems Specialist, playing a key role in maintaining compliant personnel records, accurate billing and payroll, and supporting our Administrative Team. He is passionate about bringing on new team members who align with Home Instead's values and vision.
A graduate of Sam Houston State University in Marketing and Business Administration, Taj built his career in customer service, operations, and human resources, including work with the Department of Treasury. His dedication to problem-solving and helping others reflects his commitment to serving the community.
Outside of work, Taj enjoys family time, basketball, hiking, and live music. He is dedicated to continuous learning and creating a positive influence on the world around us.

Charnice Burton, On-Call Coordinator
Charnice is one of our On-Call Coordinators. Charnice does a fantastic job of making sure that our clients and Care Pros are taken care of with high quality service 24/7! If you call on nights, weekends, or holidays, you might hear her lovely voice!
Charnice has worked on the Home Instead admin team since 2022. She started her journey with us as an overnight Care Pro. After providing exceptional care to her clients, she was quickly promoted to the On-Call Coordinator position. Her passion for helping others and lifting others up when they are down in combination with her Care Pro experience, make her a great asset to our team.
When Charnice isn't On-Call, she enjoys spending time with family.
VeRhonda Stewart, On-Call Coordinator
VeRhonda joined our Home Instead family in 2022 as one of our On-Call Coordinators. VeRhonda does a fantastic job of making sure that our clients and Care Pros are taken care of with high quality service 24/7! If you call on nights, weekends, or holidays, you might hear her lovely voice!
VeRhonda came to us with great experience in the healthcare administrative/non-clinical setting within the hospitals and experience in doctor's office settings. Her passion for working with our senior community to ensure they receive the best care for their needs make her an incredible asset to our team.
When VeRhonda isn't On-Call, she enjoys traveling, sports and spending time with her family and friends.
