Meet Our Team

Samuel Patton serves as our Business Development Manager. He seeks to work with local businesses both medical and non-medical to build strong relationships to better understand senior needs in our area. Samuel offers educational opportunities to offices as well as bettering each of our Care Professionals with new processes and classes. He also meets with families in the beginning processes of signing to make sure families understand the process of what we do and why we have such a success rate with those that allow us in their residences.

Brandy Patton is our General Manager. She works to make sure each office staff member is working cohesively for our client needs and their success. Brandy meets weekly with each team member to reassess client goals and Care Professional abilities.

Margie Alvarado serves as our Home Instead El Paso Client Care Manager. She develops all individual care assessment plans for each home as each our clients are unique. She is part of the Care Professional matching process, as well as the decision maker for best processes in each home. Margie’s goal is for each client to feel at home with our services and that each family help us tailor the experience to offer the best quality of life during our time together.

Silvia Hernandez is the main contact for all new Care Professionals and applicants for our Home Instead El Paso office. Silvia works to recruit and onboard the best Care Professionals for our client needs. Client priorities change in their time with us, so our goal is to continue to hire accordingly. Care Professionals are the heart of what we do and Silvia works to onboard each new employee to our standards. Samantha Llanos coordinates all Care Professional and Client schedules to ensure smoothness of each shift. She works to match schedule needs with client priorities. Samantha is the main contact for all current Care Professionals. Her goal is to help build and maintain successful and consistent teams for each client’s home.

Aida Yates serves our office as the connection between Care Professionals and our office staff. She assists with educational events, Care Professional visits, introductions for homes, and many other office needs to make sure our Care Professionals feel validated in their time here with our team.

Jerry Longcop works Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays to assist our office when our main staff is not in office. His goal is to make sure each client receives on-time exceptional care. Our office offers 24-hour assistance and Jerry works to make sure each shift is fully filled and that families and Care Professionals have someone to reach at any time.
