Caregiver – Fixed Shifts (Westside El Paso based Clients)

We are hiring reliable, compassionate caregivers to support seniors in their homes on the Westside of El Paso. This position is ideal for individuals who can commit to one or more set shifts with no changes to availability.

This role offers 12-25 hours per week, typically over 2-3 days.

Pay: $11–13 per hour (based on client type)

Important - FIXED AVAILABILITY REQUIRED
Applicants must be available for one or more of the following shifts consistently.
Availability cannot change once hired.

• Morning: 7:00AM - 3:00PM
• Evening: 3:00PM - 9:30PM
• Overnight: 9:00PM - 7:00AM

Weekend availability (Saturday or Sunday) for at least one shift is required.

All clients are located on the Westside of El Paso. Applicants must be able to reliably travel to this side of town.

APPLICANTS MUST MEET ALL OF THE FOLLOWING:

• 21 years of age or older
• Valid Driver's License
• Current Car Insurance
• Reliable Transportation
• Ability to commit fixed shift hours with no changes
• Ability to travel to the Westside of El Paso for all assigned shifts

Caregiver Responsibilities:

• Assist seniors with non-medical care in their homes
• Be comfortable helping with personal care, including showering or incontinence assistance
• Weekend availability (Saturday or Sunday) preferred for at least one shift (Smaller clients may not require personal care, but it is needed for larger shift homes)
• Light housekeeping tasks and meal preparation
• Medication and appointment reminders
