As a Scheduling Coordinator you’ll have the important responsibility to fill shifts by matching the right caregiver to a client’s needs and personality. This position fits best with an individual who has exceptional planning and organization skills, adaptable to change and resilient. Compassion with a helpful attitude is very important as you will build strong relationships by effective communication and good listening skills.

This individual must have a pro-active work ethic, ability to problem solve, be detailed oriented and the ability to build trusting relationships over the phone. Your job is to schedule shifts proactively for the upcoming several weeks and be ready for any call-offs at homes to send a backup. Proficient computer and typing skills and working with database systems, MS Outlook and MS OFFICE is a must.

• Ability to work 7-4 PM Monday-Friday
• On-call one week a month (M-TH after 5 p.m.) and 5 weekends a year- Bonus applies
• Pay $15 per hour, Full-Time, and potential for getting goal bonuses make this position a unique opportunity for the right candidate. Potential to grow with company also a plus!
