SCHEDULING AND ON-CALL COORDINATOR

We are looking for a Scheduling and On-Call Coordinator to manage our schedules for caregivers and clients. Position has the ability to work in-office two days a week and remotely 3 days a week after first month of training.

This individual must have a pro-active work ethic, trustworthy to work from home and answer phones and handle schedules immediately during work hours, ability to problem solve, be detailed oriented and the ability to build trusting relationships over the phone. Proficient computer and typing skills and working with database systems, MS Outlook and MS OFFICE is a must. Previous staffing or scheduling experience is a big plus!

  • Proficient at MS Outlook, MS Word, MS Excel, writes appropriately for a work environment

  • Ability to work a unique schedule to work alongside office needs: M-TH 6:00 AM- 2:00 PM, F and Sat off, Sunday 4 AM- 12 PM. This schedule fits the needs of our caregivers who work 24 hours a day. It is a great schedule for those that enjoy 2 hours of quiet time to plan each morning.
  • Position works in office Mondays and Wednesdays. Position can be remote T,TH,SUN after first 30 days.
  • On-call every third week from 3 PM Friday- 4 AM Saturday, 10 PM- 4 AM Saturday night, 10 PM- 6 AM Sunday night. Minimal calls should be anticipated during these times. With on-call paid 36 hours each week for office work and 4 additional hours each week for anticipated on-call totaling 40 hours per week.
  • Pay range $12-13 per hour based on experience, Full Time, and potential for getting goal bonuses make this position a unique opportunity for the right candidate. Potential to grow with company also a plus!
