Looking for a new opportunity which would offer her more personal fulfillment, Ranya began researching the Home Care Industry. After finding that Home Instead's mission and values matched her own desire to give back to others, Ranya purchased the Home Instead franchise in SW Dallas County in April 2023. Ranya's desire to give back to others in her community and beyond began years ago, fundraising to support underprivileged children and seniors. Ranya is passionate about helping others grow in their spiritual journey and organizes Pilgrimage trips overseas. She enjoys traveling the world, embracing new cultures and traditions and spending time with her family, nieces and nephews.

Dashana is a southern girl from Charleston, SC with two boys and a husband, to a now Texan girl. She has been with the Home Instead company for 6 years as a caregiver and office staff. Dashana cares a lot about the wonderful clients we service and their families.
