Tax season is here, and we know that for many seniors, the paperwork can feel a bit overwhelming. At Home Instead, we’re always on the lookout for local resources that provide peace of mind for older adults and families, and one of the most valuable upcoming programs in our area is the AARP Tax Assistance program hosted at the Frisco Public Library.
This year, the program will be held at the new library building located at 8000 Dallas Pkwy. AARP volunteers will be availaassistto hein completingomplete your returns by appointment. Please Bring a Copy of the Following:
- Social Security Card
- Driver's License
- Last Year's Tax Return
- Current Year's Tax Document, Including Documentation
- Relating to Stimulus Money Received (ie, 1444)
- A Cancelled Check - not a deposit slip (if direct depositing)
