We were extremely impressed with the professionalism of the staff at Home Instead from our very first contact and throughout our relationship. Most impressive was Winnie, who helped my wife recoup from a serious illness. Winnie is a kind, thoughtful, proficient caregiver who helped us transition to the point that my wife has become fairly independent. Our friends and family who visited were similarly impressed.Winnie cared for my wife and tended to her needs while keeping our home neat etc. in short we looked forward to her arrival and consider ourselves fortunate to have had Winnie as our caregiver.
My cousin has mild dementia and is living in a senior living apartment near Coppell Texas. Her current caregiver, Christina, from Home Instead Coppell is phenomenal. She accomplishes all tasks on our family's checklist and adds marvelous details: my cousin's friends who sit at her dining table, activities she participates in, any problems occurred during the day. She is extraordinarily conscientious, and I can see that she cares for my cousin a great deal and watches out for her happiness. It gives our family assurance that all is well with our cousin, even when we are not "around."
We started using HomeInstead for my Mom 1.5 years ago. They were so helpful in unknown territory, and were able to accommodate our needs immediately. Then, my Dad needed temporary care and we again turned to HomeInstead, who jumped right in. My Mom recently required extra care, and turning to HomeInstead was a no brainer. They are aiding both of my parents with constantly changing schedules, and they adjust without headaches. Their portal is helpful and easy to manage. HomeInstead tries very hard to provide the same caregivers for consistency. My parents rave about Annette, and Margaret; they are proactive, prepping meals & keeping the house tidy. The office staff is always polite and professional. DeAnna, Sharon, and Monica are life savers, always returning my calls and answering questions or pointing me in the right direction, above and beyond their responsibilities. The care pro team is awesome. I mainly work with Deanna and Rachelle to get any concerns addressed, but everyone taking care of Patty's and Daphne’s needs on a daily basis are great. It is apparent they care for them.

Home Instead really delivers. Their caregivers are very special people, indeed. The managers or caseworkers care about making a match work - for you and the caregiver. The results show. Driver will stay at the location of visit until appointment is finished and take you home. Most of the businesses or doctors and dentist do allow this service even though they are not family or close friend.

Very good experiences w owner, office staff and the two ladies who have cared for our senior loved ones. More about the ladies. Both are professional, dependable, resourceful, self-starting, hard working, mature and gentle with our seniors. Frankly, one of the most intimidating aspects of deciding to care for Rose's parents in our home was the stories of harsh and dishonest hired caregivers. We very much appreciate that our experience with Home Instead caregivers, Amanda and Vergie, has been just the opposite. It is obvious you and your staff take great pride in the services and caregivers who represent you.
Home Instead has provided the support I have needed since April 2016. I have chronic illness and have used supporting activities of daily living. My aide is wonderful and gets along with my family as I am learning about hers. The office staff has been supportive of my needs as well. The entire business has been terrific.
I like my caregiver very much! She is fun, tells stories, cooks like a champion, and she pays careful attention to my needs. She encourages me to exercise to the extent that I can. She is a great all around companion and friend.

We were pleased with the service of Home Instead Addison. Lane and his team were very responsive any time we had a question or needed something. The home health aide, Patricia, assigned to help my mom was wonderful! She was caring, diligent, hard working, and my mom truly enjoyed her company. If I need home health services in the future, I will definitely call these people.
We've worked with Home Instead for years and have been very pleased with them. The caregivers that they find seem to either be a cut above or Home Instead is just better at listening to the needs that we have. They are responsive and friendly and willing to think outside the box. And perhaps most importantly, we've had caregivers who work for other agencies who weren't happy with their employer, but the ones who worked for this office speak in glowing terms (especially about a former employee named Debbie that we really liked as well) and feel respected and treated well by their employer. How they treat their employees says a lot about a company.
Wow! I can't tell you what a help Home Instead was for my family. When my father had a fall and we were having a difficult time I called on the Friday of a very busy weekend and they had help on the way immediately. Light housekeeping, companionship, staying overnight occasionally (for additional help) to genuinely caring for both my father and my family are just some of the many reasons that I highly recommend this company. I have many friends with aging parents and believe me I will recommend Home Instead Senior Care in Addison, Texas. We were very pleased and I know you will be too.
For the last several years I have used Home-Instead in Addison Texas. I not only relied on them for extended visits when I had my hip replaced but, multiple short trips to medical appointments. They have never gotten me there late and have always been professional, respectful and courteous from the management staff to the individual caregivers that deliver the direct client care. I would recommend them not only to friends but, family members.
Home Instead Senior Care (Addison, TX) is a God-send for our family. Our 94 year old mother, like many of the elderly, was not keen on the idea of a 'stranger' coming into her home to keep her company and do some chores. Mother is picky, we warned, but Lane and Debbie assured us that they would find the right person for her. Now, after just a few weeks, my mother has bonded with her new friend from Home Instead and she looks forward to her regular visits.
This is a group of dedicated folks who work together like a family for the benefit of families. They truly care about the health and well being of their clients, and I recommend them highly.

Our cargiver from Home Instead has become a part of our family. She is wonderful. She makes my life a lot easier, by helping me with Dr. appointments, hair appointments, etc. She and my mom have become great friends. I would highly recommend Home Instead for your caregiver needs. I am so glad that we can have my mom live with us, and know that I can go to work everyday & know she is being well taken care of
I have used Home Instead Senior Care for probably four years. They are absolutely wonderful. The caretakers are very professional and very helpful. I had a doctor's appointment that I really needed to go to -- I called Home Instead and they sent somebody out to me within three minutes. They got me there on time. They have done that kind of thing for me a number of times. Also, they have rearranged their office schedule so that I could have some of the people who I'm familiar with. Billing is always honest and very well written. I have been so impressed with them. I'm living on Social Security money and I don't have very much. It is $60 for three hours but they're worth it. I absolutely, positively, 100% recommend this agency.
I'm happy with Home Instead Senior Care. It's been a month and half now, and it's basically, four hours a day and four days a week of service. It's a little bit more expensive, but they're pretty dependable so far. The caregiver is great, I have no complaints
