Meet Our Team
Monica Johnson
Name: Monica Johnson
Position: Office Manager - Accounting
About you: I’m first generation born in America; my family is from the Czech Republic. I grew up in Florida and Arizona, helping at my grandparent’s restaurant. I love traveling and have been to seven countries and fifteen states. Before coming to work for Home Instead, I worked for Home Depot for ten years in different areas of the store.
Work Experience: I started with Home Instead in November 2009 as the first caregiver our owners John and Temi hired. A year and a half later I started helping in scheduling while still helping as a caregiver. I have over the years progressed to helping where needed in doing care consults and now as handling the billing and payroll for both our Texas office and Florida office.

Name: Sharon Lamb
Position: Client Care Coordinator
About you: I enjoy walking at the park, eating out at the Cheesecake Factory, and watching my favorite movies.
Work Experience: I started my career with Homestead in Addison -Coppell as a Personal Attendant Caregiver in 2012. I also have worked with Silverado Memory Care as a CNA in Southlake – working and caring for Alzheimer’s clients.
Fun Fact: I enjoy shopping at NorthPark at Dillard’s department store for my favorite perfume “Angel” by Thierry Mugler.

Name: Eden Flanders
About you: In my free time I love to spend time with my two grandchildren in Coppell, I love running Marathons, I have ran over a dozen of Marathons and over two dozen Half Marathons.
Work Experience: I have been a Registered Nurse for over forty years. I studied Nursing at the University of Guam School of Nursing and graduated in1979. I have worked in the Medical Surgical Department, Obstetrics/ Post-Partum, Intensive Care Unit, Coronary Care Unit, Progressive Care Unit, and Emergency Department in Guam, Honolulu, Austin, Los Angeles and Dallas.

Name: Maria Montez
Position: Registered Nurse
About: Graduated from Madonna University, Livonia, MI in 1981 with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing Degree. Practiced as an RN in Michigan, Colorado, and Texas.
Work Experience: Intensive Care- Critical Care Nurse, Nurse Supervisor, Case Management, Quality Assurance in acute hospital settings and Home Health Care. Also worked as a school nurse.
About Me: Maria enjoys spending time with family, especially her six grandchildren, walking, sporting, dance, and theatre events, as well as beach time.
