Pay Range: $37,440–$41,600 annually (based on experience)

Responsibilities

• Caregiver recruitment, applicant screening, interviews, and onboarding
• Communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process
• Maintain applicant tracking system (ATS) and hiring documentation
• Support caregiver engagement, recognition, and retention programs
• Partner with scheduling and operations teams to meet staffing needs

Qualifications

• Recruiting, HR, staffing, or customer service experience preferred
• Strong communication, organization, and follow-up skills
• Experience with applicant tracking systems or HR software
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced office environment
