Matt Noll - Owner
Matt purchased East Tennessee Senior Care, Inc. to setup the Maryville Franchise in 2022 to be in position to give back to the community and help provide aging adults with an option to live at home and age with dignity and pride. He saw firsthand the importance of being able to keep a parent at home as his father struggled with Alzheimer’s at the family home. He has spent his professional career of 40 plus years at the top of several different industries and has stayed true to his core principle throughout “deliver on your commitments every time” and this venture is no different. Matt lives in Maryville with his dog Luna and enjoys most outdoor activities.

Kari Oliver, Community Relations Director
Kari’s heart is in east Tennessee! Her regional ancestry includes the first Gregory settlers in Cades Cove, and her husband is a direct descendant of John Oliver, the first settler of Cades Cove. Kari and Todd were married in 1994 and have two amazing sons. She is a graduate of Maryville College with a bachelor's degree in Music Performance. She has been enhancing the lives of Seniors in the community for close to 20 years. She began her career as an Activity Professional in 2003. She loves the mountains and enjoys “Jeeping” with her family and sweet dogs.

Brittany Reagan, Operations Manager
Brittany grew up near the Great Smoky Mountains in Gatlinburg, TN. With two decades of experience in administrative roles, Brittany has dedicated the past eight years to working with seniors. Her passion lies in helping seniors remain in their homes, ensuring they receive the support and care they need.

Kylie Hammond, Service Manager
Kylie has enjoyed working with seniors for 15 years. She has been a Care Coordinator for about 6 years, for two different companies. Kylie started this journey at a young age because of her Great Grandmother and loved helping her with daily activities and having long walks. She is originally from California, but now calls Monroe County Tennessee home. She enjoys spending her free time with her husband, kids, and farm animals.

Kaylee Sowder, Recruitment Coordinator
Kaylee Sowder grew up here in East Tennessee. She has been a caregiver for 10 years. Kaylee is currently attending the local college, studying Business Management and is due to graduate in December. Kaylee has 4 beautiful children and in her free time she enjoys going to their sporting events, watching UT football, and spending time with family.

Brittany Lance, Engagement Coordinator
Born and raised in East Tennessee, Brittany began her caregiving journey in 2012 when her father underwent open heart surgery, and her mother faced renal failure. Caring for them showed Brittany it was her true calling: helping others. When she is not supporting others, Brittany enjoys spending time with her husband and four kids. She is also a big football fan. Go VOLS.

Nicole Fritz, Client Care Coordinator/ Scheduling Support

Robin Deatherage, RN
Robin is a dedicated registered nurse with over 10 years of experience in the healthcare field. A proud native of Blount County, she cherishes her community deeply. Robin loves spending quality time with her husband, two daughters, and three grandchildren. When she’s not working, she enjoys life on their farm, where she cares for their goats and chickens.

Hannah Aldridge, Client Care Manager
I was born and raised in Memphis, TN, where I completed high school and college. I spent 32 years in the transportation industry, focusing on customer service and sales, which gave me the chance to lead projects across the U.S. and abroad. Though I’ve lived in Mississippi and Florida, Tennessee has always felt like home. After returning, I worked in the medical field, gaining experience with providers and insurance across six states. One of my greatest honors has been caring for my aunts, Dorothy and Ora, who raised me after I lost my parents. Supporting them in their later years inspired my lifelong commitment to helping seniors live with dignity and joy. In my free time, I enjoy visiting loved ones, watching classic films, caring for my rabbit Myrtle, and planning my future lakefront home.
