Maggie Lea
Welcome!
I’m Maggie Lea, Owner of Home Instead in Lebanon. Thank you for taking an active role in your (or your loved one’s) well-being by exploring the resources we provide. I’m glad you’re here.
We’re a local team with a heartfelt commitment to older adults and families. I opened our first Middle Tennessee office in Mt. Juliet in 2009 and added Lebanon a few years later as more families began turning to us for support. Over time, we’ve become a trusted source of companionship and non-medical home care for Hermitage, Old Hickory, Wilson, DeKalb, and Smith County seniors. From the start, our focus has been relationships: hiring outstanding Care Professionals, supporting them well, and building care plans that truly fit each person and family.
What to expect:
- Respect and dignity – your routines, preferences, and independence are honored every visit.
- Reliability – real schedules, thoughtful backups, and real people answering the phone.
- Skilled Care Pros – trained, supported, and matched for both skills and personality.
- Clear communication – home care can feel confusing; we keep it straightforward and practical
Why families and professionals choose Home Instead:
- Older adults and families choose Home Instead because our reputation is built on consistent, respectful care at home.
- Healthcare professionals, social workers, attorneys, and trust officers refer to us because we are reliable, responsive partners who communicate and follow through.
- Clients and their families are glad to refer friends because their experience with our Care Professionals is compassionate, skilled, and dependable.
I invite you to explore our website and discover how Home Instead can help create a better “what’s next” for you and your family—care that supports safety, connection, and quality of life at home.
When you’re ready to talk through options, our caring staff is available 24/7 to answer questions and coordinate the right level of support.
