Full Time Caregiver

A Full-Time Caregiver is expected to perform a variety of duties for the support of Caregivers and Clients, and day-to-day operations of the office. The Full Time Caregiver is expected to assist in day-to-day functions in the office, to be an advocate for Care Pros, and assist in Client Care satisfaction to provide the highest quality service to clients.

• Maintain active driver's license, auto insurance, and a well maintained vehicle.
• We welcome candidates with 1–3 years of caregiving experience, whether gained professionally or through meaningful personal experience.
• Maintain a clean 7 year nationwide background check and drug screening.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Able to work full-time weekdays with occasional evening or weekend duties.
• Provide training, mentoring, and support to Caregivers.
• Perform Client to Caregiver Introductions.
• Demonstrate open and effective communication with the Franchise Owner, Colleagues, Caregivers, Clients, and their Family Members.
• Provide guidance and correction/recommendation to Care Professionals.
