Cancer is never an easy topic to think about, but having the right information can make a world of difference when it comes to supporting yourself or someone you love. At Home Instead, we’re always looking for local events to spotlight for seniors, and there's a free opportunity coming up that could educate you or a friend and potentially save a life.
On Thursday, November 6th, the Summerville Library, 76 Old Trolley Road, will host a Pancreatic Cancer Awareness Info Table from 3 to 6pm. Visitors can stop by to pick up free materials, learn about pancreatic cancer risk factors, discover early detection resources, and explore support services provided by the Pancreatic Cancer Action Network.
