At Home Instead, we have the honor of caring for veterans who have served our country, and we’ve seen firsthand how the right support can make all the difference in their daily lives. "Vet Jam" at the Hanahan Library caught our eye as a special way for veterans and their families to connect through music.
The jam session will be on Thursday, January 15th, from 12:30 to 4pm at the Hanahan Library, 1216 Old Murray Court. This is a supportive group hosted by a professional musician with a Master's in Music Therapy. If you're a veteran or a family member who wants to enjoy the tunes, this event offers a space to clear your head, reduce stress, improve your mood, and provide a healthy outlet for expression. It's a fantastic resource for those who have experienced the unique challenges of military service.
It’s wonderful to have a local spot where veterans can be around others who truly understand their journey.
