Recruitment & Engagement Coordinator – Join the Home Instead Team!

Seneca, SC | $17- $18 hour to start + Bonuses | Monday- Friday 8:am-5:pm PM (1-hour lunch)

We’re searching for an energetic, organized, and people-focused Recruitment & Engagement Coordinator to help us recruit, hire, and inspire amazing Care Professionals who make life better for seniors in our community.

What You’ll Do

• Be the first friendly voice for every new job inquiry

• Recruit, interview, and onboard top-notch Care Pros

• Plan and lead engaging orientations & ongoing training

• Keep our Care Pros motivated and appreciated with creative retention programs

• Collaborate with our scheduling team to ensure great client/caregiver matches

• Build relationships with schools, job fairs, and community partners

• Track recruiting & retention success and celebrate wins!

• Serve as On-Call Coordinator one week each month (handling overnight and weekend calls) – with additional pay!

What We’re Looking For

- Strong people skills and a positive, can-do attitude

- Excellent communication and organizational abilities

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Comfortable with technology (Microsoft Word, Excel, etc.)

- Previous recruiting, HR, or office experience preferred (but not required!)

- Must have a valid driver’s license

- Willingness to participate in the monthly on-call rotation
