About the Role

As our Outside Sales Representative, you’ll be the face of Home Instead in the community — building trusted referral partnerships, creating new opportunities, and driving business growth.

You’ll spend most of your time in the field connecting with healthcare professionals, senior living facilities, and local organizations that support seniors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong referral relationships with hospitals, physicians, senior living facilities, and community partners.
  • Develop and execute targeted sales and marketing strategies to drive territory growth
  • Manage the full sales cycle — from prospecting and networking to presentations and closing service agreements.
  • Track sales activities and results using CRM tools for accurate reporting and follow-up.
  • Stay informed on market trends and actively participate in ongoing training and professional development.



Compensation & Rewards

  • Base Salary: $60,000 per year
  • Quarterly Commission Target: $3,000 per quarter ($12,000 annually at goal)

What We’re Looking For

  • Minimum 2 years of professional sales experience (required)
  • Bachelor’s degree (required)
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
  • Self-motivated, organized, and results-driven
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Experience in healthcare, senior care, or service-based industries is a plus (not required)
