Meet Our Team

We became the new co-owners of Home Instead in January of 2022 after purchasing the business from Joe’s parents who opened the doors in the summer of 2005. Joe joined his parents in the very beginning, learning every aspect of the home care business and learning each role along the way and then became a co-owner in 2012.

Joe graduated from Penn State University in 1996 and was the superintendent of a private country club in Connecticut before joining the team in 2005.  He’s worn all the hats at Home Instead and today he especially enjoys taking service inquiries and meeting all the new families when they are signing up for home care.

Christine is also a graduate of Penn State University in 1994 and brings over two decades of service management experience and joined the family business in 2014.  Christine oversees all daily operations and supports the entire team.

Together we tell our team “We want to be a resource for seniors and the families we work with and prescribe a professional solution so they or their loved one(s) can remain at home for as long as possible”.  And our daily mission is to honor God in all that we do and being the trusted leaders providing quality care with heart in your home.

Tricia is responsible for managing the sales process associated with guiding seniors and their loved ones for care at home which includes the initial assessment to create a customized and personal care plan.  She also travels throughout our service area meeting with our referral partners to build and establish new relationships promoting the value of Home Instead for our seniors.  If you need a speaker at your next group meeting related to home care or senior care topics, feel free to contact her.

Lissacca is responsible for our client and CAREGiver scheduling and she is our "match maker" finding the best relationship resulting in quality service. She provides accurate client information with new CAREGiver assignments. She enjoys family time attending her kids sporting events and she's been a member of our team since January 2019.

Michelle is responsible for all Client Care coordination and meets the client and their family when services are getting started. In addition, she administers all client billing and employee payroll along with all other aspects related to human resources relating to unemployment, workers compensation claims, employment verification and references. She also addresses CAREGiver and Client concerns on a daily basis and other general administrative support. She enjoys traveling on her off time and she's been a member of our team since 2011.

Bonnie is the Care Pro Mentor and Training Coordinator with over 40 years of home care experience and she’s responsible for onboarding and training new Care Pros through a multi-phase development program. She schedules and conducts required training, mentors caregivers in clients’ homes, and helps introduce Care Pros to clients to ensure strong, supportive care relationships. Bonnie is passionate about ensuring seniors are treated with dignity and respect while maintaining high standards of compassionate care.

When Bonnie is not working , she enjoys making mini trips, with her husband to Rehoboth Beach to eat Grotto pizza on the Boardwalk. She and her husband also visit Antique / Thrift Shops.

Jessica is passionate about finding and welcoming Care Pros who truly have a heart for helping seniors. She takes great care in recruiting individuals who bring not only the right skills, but also the kindness, patience, and respect it takes to make a real difference in someone’s daily life.
Jessica understands that caregiving is about so much more than a job — it’s about building trust, providing comfort, and being a steady companion for older adults who want to remain safe and independent at home. She’s proud to play a role in growing the Home Instead team by recruiting and supporting compassionate caregivers who help clients live their best lives where they feel happiest — at home.

When she’s not working, Jessica enjoys relaxing with her dogs, cooking, and hunting for hidden gems while thrifting.
