We recently visited Saint Joseph’s University on Greenfield Road in Lancaster. Setting up our booth on campus gave us a chance to chat face-to-face with students about what it really means to build a career in senior care, and we could not be more inspired by the conversations we had.
During our visit, we spoke with many students about the benefits of joining our team, from flexible scheduling that works around class schedules to the fulfilling nature of supporting local seniors. We also shared how we equip every new team member with comprehensive, hands-on training so they feel confident and prepared to make a meaningful impact from day one. Meeting so many enthusiastic young people filled us with hope and excitement for the future of caregiving.
