At Home Instead, we believe every great caregiver begins with a caring heart. Our team was excited to meet so many people at the Fall Job Fair at the Lancaster County Convention Center.
There were around 100 local employers from across Lancaster County looking to connect with job seekers. Everyone who attended enjoyed networking opportunities, community resources, and even a few gift card giveaways and raffles. For us, it was a chance to share what makes caregiving with Home Instead so rewarding, like flexible schedules and the chance to provide the best home care in Lancaster, PA.
