- By Cheryl S.I can’t say enough about Home instead. Not only were they extremely professional, but they went into quick action when I needed help for my father. My dad was in the hospital and he had just moved up from Florida and we had no one else to help. The hospital wanted to put him into a ST rehab facility. After reading reviews on this rehab, there was no way I was sending my dad there. Home instead was such an amazing alternative and they were prompt and on time and their people were amazing. I’m happy to report that my Father is doing much better so we didn’t need them as long as we thought, but I can’t say enough good things about them. Thank you Home Instead!!

I had turned to Home Instead for help after an extreme surgery with a long recovery time. I was blessed by knowledge and level of caring from the entire staff. The in home caregivers were amazing. Karlita helped me grow so much in my daily work with empathy on each task she helped me achieve. Joan was able to help me with household and personal health care with a gentle and sincere heart. If I wouldn’t have had these two women and the staff that supported us all I hesitate to think how I might have been through this recover. They were truly my angels. Thank you.

Home Instead has been invaluable in helping to support my husband and has made it easy for him to comfortably live at home after his stroke. Our Care Professional, Cori, has been exceptional in providing care, and has helped him to continue to recover and enjoy daily activities. She makes sure every activity is safe and is very encouraging to him with his exercises, which is important for stroke patients. With her support, I am able to run errands and take time to get needed things done. It means so much to have competent, caring people like Cori helping out!
Our family has been using the services of Home Instead for almost one year. Though my parents live in a wonderful personal care facility, having the extra help offers a sense of peace. The Care Pros from Home Instead have supported and cared for my parents through declining health. Each Care Pro bringing something special to the journey. We could never thank them all, but we have fond memories of Amy watching the news with dad, Kylea taking walks for coffee with mom, Thalia & Tigisti tackling night-shifts, Daniel& Barry offering prayer and song, Jasmin & Jennifer L sharing laughs and smiles, Vicky presenting new ideas for better comfort and care....and Saradjeen being there in the most personal of moments. We have been so fortunate to have our CarePro Trinh working with us to help with my husband, who had a stroke. Thanks to her support, he is able to enjoy the comforts of being at home and is able to go through his daily routine to keep him progressing. She is very attentive to his every need and always comes with a smile and high energy. Life is better because of Trinh!
My father spent 124 days in the VA hospital and was finally able to come home. Dad needs 24/7 care and with that comes the emotional and physical stresses my mother would need to handle.
