
Getting quality sleep can feel like a luxury when facing changes in health, stress, or daily routines. At Home Instead of Doylestown, we want to help seniors stay happy and healthy by sharing events in the community that focus on them, including this helpful workshop focused on sleep.
On April 15th from 1 - 2pm, the Doylestown Library, 150 S. Pine St, Doylestown, PA 18901 will host a presentation called Getting a Good Night’s Sleep. This event will feature Kellye Remshifski, Director of Community Health and Outreach with Doylestown Health, and she will discuss practical sleep strategies and wellness tips that participants can begin applying immediately.
