We have had Home Instead staff for 4 plus years Some have become like family. The other day three of them (Tammi, Fontella and Jocelyn ) arranged a summer picnic for my wife Jane who is the patient. It was their idea and included all the picnic items- hamburgers, hot dogs, potato salad and chips plus a Spanish rice dish. They are all so reliable and always do more than we expect. TJ makes the management team exceptionally efficient with his work ethics. He is a good listener to the client and makes sure the clients needs are understood and met. He takes building a professional rapport with the client very serious. He is also great with making himself available when contacting the office with all concerns. My mother has been a client for Home Instead Bethlehem day services for one year. Her caregiver assists with meal prep, showers, exercises, & companionship—which allows me time to run errands and other activities. Since mid-Oct, Home Instead has provided overnight care to allow me to get more sleep since my mother has been diagnosed with dementia. They are always on time, always positive attitude, and attentive and gentle with my mother. She’s always happy to see them. I have used the service for several years now and make recommendations to friends, frequently.

Home Instead Bethlehem has been a godsend for our family. After our mother was diagnosed with progressive dementia, we needed help to keep her in her home as long as possible, in line with her wishes. The skilled and compassionate ladies that cared for her (when we couldn’t) went above and beyond the expectation and have been a true blessing for us and especially for her. They became an extension of our family, and for that we will always be grateful.

My mom had a Hip Replacement Surgery and then 2 days later ended up in St. Luke's Hospital with the Flu. I live in Texas and I was stressed until I found Home Instead. Tammy is my mom's care giver and she was an Angel. I spoke with Jennifer & Krista in the office and they helped me plan a 10 day in home care for my mom. My mom is doing great now and it is all due to Home Instead Bethlehem's help. We continue to have Home Instead care for her. I would recommend Home Instead to anyone needing in home care/assistance for their loved ones. Thank you again everyone at Home Instead!

Provides morning care needs including bathing and dressing. Does light housework as needed and laundry. Learn about your caregivers as they do as of you. The agency works to your needs for proper caregiver placement and schedules. Most caregivers show up on time, and if not they usually call to let me know. This is what has been set up for me but are made to each client needs.

Very caring and compassionate caregivers. Wonderful attention to details. The aide never hesitates to bring anything to my attention that she thinks might be of concern with my parents' health and safety. A notebook is used to keep track of what they do during their stay. Highly recommend.

Home Instead of Bethlehem, PA, took care of my beloved Mother for over 15 years. As she progressed into deep dementia, her caregivers were there 24/7. They loved and cared for her as I would have. Nothing was too much to ask of them. She loved them all, and I know they loved her also. It showed. Their entire staff was professional and went above and beyond. Kidding with her, telling stories, listening to music, singing with her, feeding and bathing her - nothing was too much to ask of any them. I have told many people about their caring service, and will continue to do so. They are "simply the best".
