Franchise Owner

Todd has a degree in organizational communication from Montana State University, a M.B.A. with an emphasis in management from George Fox University, and senior leadership training from Case Western Reserve. While at Montana State, he worked as an adjunct college professor. He has senior management experience with companies such as Black & Decker Corporation, Sherwin-Williams Corporation, and Valmont Industries. Todd has served on various community boards and has lead care groups with his church. Todd is a Certified Senior Advisor.

Kristi Barth

Kristi has a B.A. in elementary education and special education from Montana State University. She has a M.A. in early childhood development and has many years work experience in teaching, and developing curriculum. Kristi is a Certified Senior Advisor.

Jeremiah Barth

Jeremiah has devoted his career to Senior Care for 10 years. Jeremiah has had multiple roles supporting Home Instead and now supports multiples offices around Finance and Compliance. Jeremiah was a CNA in 2011. He is certified in Six sigma as a black belt for processes as well as Change Management.

Kelly is a native Oregonian. She has worked for Home Instead for 9 years, two years as a client care manager, and the last 7 years as a general manager. Kelly loves what she does and understands the importance of being able to make a difference in the lives of those we serve. Kelly enjoys being outdoors and spending time with her husband, children, and grandchildren.

After becoming a member of the Home Instead family over fifteen years ago, Lynnae has found it easy to embrace our mission of helping seniors stay in their homes. "Their homes are where the memories, the stories, and their legacy were created," says Lynnae. She feels that working for Home Instead has truly changed her life. Lynnae also feels she has gained a new perspective on her priorities as she works closer with our aging population. "I am very blessed to work with individuals who share my same core values."

Jenniffer

Training and Front Office Manager

Prior to coming to Home Instead, Jenniffer had been a preschool teacher for over 10 years. When the pandemic hit, it was time for a change. Jenniffer's search led her to Home Instead where the vision statement resonated with her - "together blessing lives through courage, responsibility and love". She began her journey with Home Instead as a CAREGiver and soon after moved into an office role. She firmly believes that everyone deserves to be treated with dignity, respect and compassion regardless of their age or life circumstances. Jenniffer keeps busy as a wife and mother of two children. Jenniffer has a heart to teach others and has taken on the training for our new care pro's to help them be successful as they provide care for our clients. She loves paddling with her dragon boat team and coordinating the food pantry at her church.

Mike Berres

Director of Client Care

Mike is from Minnesota, and spent most of his life there before living in Florida for a few years, and then moving to Oregon in March, 2024. Mike has vast experience with caregiving as well as managerial roles to the elderly population and to individuals with developmental disabilities. Mike has been with Home Instead since July, 2024. He finds great delight in building relationships with our clients, family members, and referral partners, and he finds his role extremely rewarding. In his free time, Mike values his time with his family, and in participating in and watching sporting events.

Celesta Graves

Celesta Graves

RN

Celesta is a registered nurse with 25 years of experience across a wide range of settings including surgery, oncology, pediatrics, medical-surgical care, home health, IV infusion services and work with individuals with special needs. She has spent much of her nursing career in California before moving to Oregon in 2016, where she has raised her two boys and enjoy an active family life. Nursing has been her calling since childhood and she finds a deep fulfillment in advocating for people and walking alongside them through some of life's most challenging moments. Her goal is to use her expertise and compassion to help make difficult situations feel a little easier. Outside of work Celesta loves the outdoors, creative pursuits such as art, crafting, and music and sharing laughter with friends and family. Celesta joined Home Instead in April 2025 and is honored to be part of a team dedicated to thoughtful, client centered care.
