Alisha's passion for senior care began when her grandfather was diagnosed with Alzheimer's, sparking her journey as a caregiver at just 19. With over a decade of experience and a degree in Social Work, Alisha is dedicated to improving the lives of seniors, particularly those with dementia. She finds joy in making a positive impact on her clients' lives and values the collaborative team at Home Instead. Outside of work, Alisha enjoys hiking, exploring the Pacific Northwest, and spending time with loved ones. A fun fact: she can sing all 50 states in alphabetical order!

Margarita has been a caregiver for over six years, a journey that started unexpectedly but became her true passion. She finds immense joy in supporting those in need and making a positive impact in their lives. Outside of work, Margarita cherishes spending time with family and friends. She enjoys Mexican food, hiking, shopping, and indulging in her favorite Dutch Bros coffee. Known for her compassion and dedication, Margarita is a vital part of the Home Instead team, bringing reliability and warmth to every interaction.

Valencia Banks is passionate about making a difference in the lives of others. Inspired by a personal experience that showed her the power of compassionate care, she is dedicated to supporting clients and their families with kindness and understanding. As a Client Care Coordinator at Home Instead, she finds fulfillment in knowing that even the smallest act of care can have a meaningful impact. Outside of work, Valencia enjoys arts and crafts, music, and dancing. She's also a proud dog mom.

Christina brings heart to her role as Client Care Assistant at Home Instead. Raised by her grandparents on a 120-acre farm in Boring, Oregon, her connection to older adults runs deep-something she embraces proudly as an "old soul." Before joining Home Instead, Christina served as an Activities Director at an independent living community, where she launched everything from Family Feud nights to armchair drumming classes. A proud mom of three and devoted baseball fan, Christina spends her free time cheering on her son from the bleachers, gardening, cooking, or floating the river with her family. She shares her home with two cats, Lucas and Lola, and still swoons over Regency-era dramas like Bridgerton. To Christina, caregiving isn't just a job-it's personal, and that's exactly how she approaches each day.

After caring for her elderly grandfather for several years and spending time as a stay-at-home mom, Maria joined Home Instead as a Care Pro more than five years ago. Her passion for serving older adults and supporting fellow caregivers led her into her current role as Training Coordinator. Today, Maria helps ensure our Care Professionals feel confident, prepared, and supported as they provide exceptional care to our clients. Outside of work, Maria enjoys spending time with her children, whether they're playing sports, video games, or reading together. When she gets a little time for herself, you'll find her enjoying stand-up comedy, online shopping, or a game of tennis.

Rafael is an experienced recruiting professional who is dedicated to helping Home Instead find compassionate, qualified caregivers to serve our clients. His strong attention to detail, commitment to excellence, and passion for supporting people make him a valuable part of our team.

Celesta is a registered nurse with over 25 years of experience across a wide range of settings including surgery, oncology, pediatrics, medical-surgical care, home health, IV infusion services and work with individuals with special needs. She has spent much of her nursing career in California before moving to Oregon in 2016, where she has raised her two boys and enjoys an active family life. Nursing has been her calling since childhood and she finds a deep fulfillment in advocating for people and walking alongside them through some of life's most challenging moments. Her goal is to use her expertise and compassion to help make difficult situations feel a little easier. Outside of work Celesta loves the outdoors, creative pursuits such as art, crafting, and music and sharing laughter with friends and family. Celesta is honored to be part of a team dedicated to thoughtful, client centered care.

This is one our Home Instead Vehicles! We have 4 wrapped cars traveling in Clackamas and Multnomah Counties. Their role is to get our Client Care Manager Team to our senior's homes for visits, care plan updates, help Caregivers who might need something and to spread the word about Home Instead and how we can help!
