Corey Donovan

Corey Donovan

Owner

Before joining Home Instead, Corey built a dynamic career in both hospitality and retail pharmacy, where he developed a deep appreciation for service, trust, and the importance of human connection. He later co-founded a successful healthcare recruitment agency, driven by a passion for matching compassionate professionals with meaningful work that changes lives. Corey brings that same energy and heart to his work at Home Instead. He believes deeply in the mission to enhance the lives of aging adults and is committed to making a lasting, positive impact on the people they serve. His leadership is rooted in empathy, empowerment, and a firm belief that quality care begins with building strong, supportive relationships with the most important element of care…the Caregiver. Outside of work, Corey finds his greatest joy in time spent with his wife and two beautiful daughters. Together, they embrace every opportunity to be outdoors-whether it's hiking, biking, or simply exploring the beauty of Southern Oregon. For Corey, family and nature are grounding forces that inspire his work every day.

Brandi Tobiasson

Director of Operations

Hi, I'm Brandi! First and foremost, I'm a proud mom to an amazing teenage son - he's my greatest joy and biggest inspiration. Watching him grow into the young man he's becoming is one of the most rewarding parts of my life. We're incredible close and love spending time together. We love all things sports related, enjoying the water, day trips to the beach and traveling when we can. He keeps me grounded and reminds me every day what truly matters. Working at Home Instead isn't just a job for me - it's where I feel at home. I show up every day ready to give my best, to support and show compassion to our caregivers and clients! I believe in being present, listening with empathy, and doing the little things that can make a difference. My goal every day is simple: to make someone's life just a little easier and a lot more supported.

Recruitment & Engagement

In 2011, I moved from Southern California to Medford, Oregon with my two children, our dog, and two cats, seeking a more grounded lifestyle and a stronger sense of community. That move not only transformed my personal life but also strengthened my commitment to purpose-driven work centered on people and relationships. With a background in clinical psychology and an MBA in business management, I offer a unique combination of empathy, leadership, and strategic insight. The caregiving field deeply aligns with my values of compassion, accountability, and service, making it both a natural and rewarding professional path Over the past seven years, I have led teams and managed recruitment, engagement, and HR functions across healthcare and caregiving settings. In my current role at Home Instead, I oversee the full cycle of talent acquisition, onboarding, and employee engagement, while helping manage day-to-day operations and supporting staff development. I've built and coached high-performing teams, created streamlined systems for hiring and retention, and fostered a culture of open communication and trust. My management approach is hands-on and people-focused, with a strong emphasis on building a workplace where caregivers feel empowered, supported, and connected to the mission of making a difference in the lives of others.

Brianna Clark

Client Care Coordinator

Hello, I'm Brianna, and I'm the Client Care Coordinator here at Home Instead. My journey in senior care started during my senior year of high school when I earned my CNA. I began working in nursing homes, primarily in memory care, and that experience lit a fire in me, and I quickly discovered how much I love caring for others. I later became a medical assistant and spent four years working alongside an internal medicine physician, supporting patients and their families with a wide range of health needs. That time helped me understand how critical personalized, consistent care is-especially for seniors. Through it all, my passion has stayed the same-supporting seniors and their families with compassion, trust, and dignity. Joining Home Instead felt like a natural step for me. I am here because I truly believe in the power of in-home care and the importance of building real, lasting relationships with clients and their families. In my role as a Client Care Coordinator, I get to make those connections every day-matching clients with caregivers, ensuring their needs are met, and offering support every step of the way. I bring a big heart, strong communication skills, and a lot of warmth (and humor!) to what I do. Outside of work, I'm a proud and very busy mom to three beautiful daughters. We're always on the go-whether it's paddle boarding, taking coast trips, enjoying lake days, or planning random weekend getaways. We love spending time with family, especially when it involves BBQs and making memories together. Life is full, and I wouldn't have it any other way.

Jordin Hay

Scheduling Coordinator

I'm a proud mom to a wonderful son. I moved here from Winston, Oregon in 2018 and spent the first few years as a stay-at-home mom. In 2022, I joined Home Instead as a caregiver, and over time, I worked my way up to lead caregiver before recently stepping into a new role as a scheduler. Growing up, I often went to work with my grandmother, who was an in-home caregiver, and that's where my passion for this field began. Caring for others has always felt natural to me, and being able to support people in meaningful ways truly fills my cup. Outside of work, I love spending time outdoors-I enjoy kayaking, hiking, and camping whenever I get the chance. I also have a passion for thrifting and collecting vintage items, especially from the 60s and 70s. There's something really satisfying about finding unique pieces that carry a bit of history. Whether I'm out exploring nature or hunting for retro treasures, I try to stay grounded in the things that bring me joy and help me stay connected to myself and others.
