Gus, Co-Owner
Gus, Co-Owner
Gus is the Co-Owner of Home Instead Everett and comes from a long background in Medical Sales. In the past he has been focused primarily on introducing new genetic tests to identify patients who may be at high risk of prostate and skin cancer. Home care has always been an area of interest ever since his grandmother lived with him at his home as a child, rather than being sent to a nursing home. Gus takes great pride in helping as many people as we can while at the same time providing the highest quality of care.
Outside of work you might find Gus on the golf course, snowboarding, camping or just spending time with his wife and 2 boys.
Laura, Co-Owner
Prior to joining Home Instead, Laura worked as a financial advisor after graduating from University of Washington with a business degree. She decided to pursue her passion in helping others by going back to school to become a Registered Nurse (RN). Laura worked at Providence in Everett as a staff RN after nursing school. Later she moved to Evergreen in Kirkland to be closer to home. There she worked as a staff RN and later as a home health nurse before starting her venture with Home Instead Senior care. Laura enjoys helping seniors and hearing their stories.
In her free time, Laura enjoys spending time with her family and her dogs Theodore and Sammy. Laura loves to try out new restaurants, bicycling, hiking, and cooking for loved ones. She's also perfected the art of relaxing when she's not in the office.
Peyton, Business Development Advisor
Peyton joined the Home Instead team in May 2024, bringing valuable experience from her work in an adult retirement community where she supported residents through dining services and daily engagement. In her current role, Peyton focuses on community marketing, recruitment, and conducting client quality assurance visits.
She is deeply passionate about enhancing the lives of seniors and building strong relationships within the communities of Linn and Benton counties. Peyton’s commitment to care is rooted in her upbringing, where her grandmother instilled in her the values of compassion, patience, and the joy that comes from helping others.

Her passion for helping others has been a consistent theme throughout her life—from managing after-school programs for children and teaching karate classes to caring for family members over the years. Pasza brings that same compassion and dedication to her work every day.
She began her journey with Home Instead as an Office and Scheduling Assistant and steadily grew within the organization. Today, she serves as the Office Coordinator, where she manages a wide range of administrative responsibilities, including billing and digitization, while also providing essential support to office staff, caregivers, and clients.
In her free time, Pasza values rest and self-care. She enjoys cozy hobbies like reading and gaming, and she loves spending quality time with her loved ones and her giant fluffy dog.

As Service Coordinator, Michele manages client and Care Professional schedules, handles inquiries, and coordinates service consultations. She also provides after-hours on-call support, ensuring clients and staff receive timely assistance.
