As our Office Coordinator, you’ll be the heartbeat of our Wadsworth office—supporting clients, Care Pros, and leaders alike. From greeting visitors with a smile to keeping day-to-day operations on track, your work will directly impact the quality of care we provide. This is a full-time position for someone who takes pride in their work, values compassion, and enjoys making a difference every day.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Answer and direct calls in a warm, professional, and knowledgeable manner
  • Welcome visitors and help everyone feel comfortable, seen, and respected
  • Monitor and respond to voicemail messages promptly
  • Keep office supplies stocked and organized
  • Support HR with Care Pro engagement and communication efforts
  • Communicate client and Care Pro concerns to the appropriate team members
  • Assist with coordinating shift coverage when needed
  • Help facilitate introductions between clients and Care Pros
  • Share On-Call responsibilities with teammates (additional compensation provided)
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming office environment (light cleaning such as dusting and vacuuming)
  • Uphold all Home Instead standards with professionalism and care
  • Communicate openly and effectively with leadership, teammates, and Care Pros
  • Show up consistently—your reliability truly matters here
  • Work independently, maintain confidentiality, and meet deadlines with confidence

What We’re Looking For

  • At least 2 years of experience in an administrative or customer service role
  • Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills
  • A self-starter who enjoys teamwork and collaboration
  • Experience in senior care is a plus, but not required
  • A compassionate, patient, and professional approach when working with seniors, families, and staff
