Meet Our Team

Annette is responsible for managing Service Coordinators, On-Call supervisors, client, and Care Professional schedules, as well as addressing any client concerns. After a successful 20-year career in retail management, she began searching for companies that aligned with her personal values and had a strong connection to the community. She found that with Home Instead. Annette and her husband, along with their two children, live in Hebron, Ohio.

As a Client Care Coordinator, Jessica meets with potential clients and family members, does client and Care Professional introductions as well as frequent quality assurance visits with existing clients. Jessica’s goals are to ensure high quality care and client satisfaction at all times.  Jessica is from the Cleveland area and moved to Columbus after finishing grad school. She always knew she wanted to work with older adults and says Home Instead was the perfect find. She loves being able to work for a company that is so passionate and understanding of the needs of older adults and strives to keep them safe, and comfortable wherever they call home.

Kalie serves as a Community Outreach Coordinator for Home Instead, where she builds strong relationships with local organizations and connects families to trusted resources that support aging at home. She is passionate about creating meaningful partnerships and helping families feel confident in the care their loved ones receive. Outside of work, Kalie enjoys exploring local coffee shops and bookstores, hiking outdoors with her dachshunds, and diving into a good book. She has read over 200 books in the past two years and enjoys learning about world history.
