Annette's responsibilities include managing Service Coordinators, On-Call supervisors, client and Care Professional schedules and any client concerns. After a 20-year career in retail management, she started researching companies that she felt had a personal value to their service and a connection to the community. She has found that with Home Instead. Annette and her husband, along with their two children reside in Hebron, Ohio.

Buffy Fisher first worked for Home Instead as a Care Professional in 2016 and was touched by how much being with her client was like being with her favorite person, her grandmother. She re-joined Home Instead in 2021. Before joining Home Instead, Buffy worked for several retailers in leadership roles with a strong emphasis on training and leadership development. Buffy’s background and desire to help others become successful translates well to the Home Instead clients and Care Professionals. “Seniors are a treasure! They deserve to have the 1:1 attention, love and care that Home Instead provides. I am so honored to be able to help impact their lives in such a special way,” explains Buffy. When not working, Buffy enjoys spending time with her other favorite people – her grandchildren. She and her husband also enjoy being outside, gardening and reading a good book at the beach.

As a Client Care Coordinator, Jessica meets with potential clients and family members, does client and Care Professional introductions as well as frequent quality assurance visits with existing clients. Jessica’s goals are to ensure high quality care and client satisfaction at all times. Jessica is from the Cleveland area and moved to Columbus after finishing grad school. She always knew she wanted to work with older adults and says Home Instead was the perfect find. She loves being able to work for a company that is so passionate and understanding of the needs of older adults and strives to keep them safe, and comfortable wherever they call home.

Previously serving as a Client Care Coordinator for franchise 124, Angie brings valuable experience and a deep understanding of the Home Instead mission. With a strong background in sales, Angie began her career selling radio advertising before transitioning into the senior care field, where she successfully built referral relationships for home health and hospice services with Ohio Living. Angie will now be supporting our 132 and 484 territories, combining her passion for connecting with families and her proven expertise in care coordination.
