Pam joined Home Instead in December of 2021. She brings an extensive background in customer service, recruiting, and training and has successfully managed a direct sales company network for over eighteen years. She is positive and passionate and directs her energy into finding solutions for any challenge she may face. Allie came to work for Home Instead in 2020. She manages company policies, procedures, and ethic code compliance. She has a diverse background of professional experience in private, non-profit, and sole proprietor industries. Allie has a degree in Communication Studies from UC Santa Barbara, post grad certification for Hospital Administration and a certification in Non-Profit Management. Allie enjoys problem solving and system organization in her professional endeavors and in her personal life. She is a parent to two daughters. A very close second to her children, is her dog Murphy, who has stolen her heart and refuses to leave her side. They enjoy hiking and experiencing new adventures together. Traci has been working with the Senior population for over three decades. She has 25+ years of experience in skilled nursing and has been with Home Instead for over ten years! Originally from Pennsylvania, Traci came to Reno in 2013, bringing her son. Traci manages our clients daily care and trains our Care Professional team with the personal hands-on care that is so valuable to our clients. Our clients love Traci because they know she truly cares about them, and they can trust her to ensure they receive the best of quality care.
