Franchise Owner

Chico purchased the Santa Fe and Los Alamos Home Instead franchise in May 2011. Prior to becoming the Franchise Owner, Chico held a number of positions at Home Instead including Human Resource Manager and Community Service Representative. Chico loves hearing about our clients and the many interesting things they've seen and done throughout their lives. He values the opportunity to help keep seniors in their home as they grow older. Before working for Home Instead, Chico was Accounts Manager for the largest privately held healthcare company in the U.S. Chico earned a bachelor's degree in Business with an emphasis on Marketing from the University of New Mexico. When not at work, Chico and his wife, Debbie, enjoy spending time with their family.

Paula Cordova

Paula Cordova

Human Resources Manager

Paula has been with Home Instead since 2014. She came to Home Instead with 13 years of banking experience, including being a teller supervisor and an operations manager. Paula's first position with Home Instead was a Scheduling Coordinator/HR Assistant, she then had the opportunity to move into the HR Manager position. She has three daughters, and she loves spending time with them as much as she can.

Jennifer has worked with Home Instead since February 2008. She is responsible for our office's inquiries, care consultations and quality assurance home visits. She loves being able to help seniors find the care they need and enjoys bringing a smile to their faces.

Ken Hendricks

Ken Hendricks

Business Development Advisor

Ken Hendricks is a Business Development Advisor with Home Instead and has spent more than 13 years building trusted relationships with families, referral partners, and care professionals across Northern New Mexico. His work is rooted in connection-listening first, showing up consistently, and keeping the human story at the center of every conversation across healthcare, senior living, nonprofits, and community organizations. Ken is also a musician and community fundraiser, serving as the primary organizer of the annual Rock to End Alzheimer's concerts benefiting the Alzheimer's Association and Life Circle Adult Day Center. Outside of work, he enjoys making music and spending time with his wife, Krystal, and their two daughters, Mae and Lacie.

Recruitment & Retention Manager

Mollie started with Home Instead in 2013 in the staffing coordinator position. She spent several successful years in this position. After there was some transition in office roles, Mollie was promoted to Recruiting and Retention Manager. She loves her new role recruiting and building relationships with amazing CAREGivers. Prior to her time with Home Instead, Mollie had spent 25 years as a retail store manager for both Pier 1 Imports and Chico's. Mollie met her husband, Steven, while attending the University of New Mexico. They have two wonderful children, Aidan and Lylah. Mollie and her husband are almost empty nesters, and they really hope to travel to some tropical places. Mollie loves being a part of the Home Instead team. She looks forward to coming into work each day and enjoys the group of comedians that have become supplemental family members to her.

Staffing Manager

Eva started with the Home Instead in February of 2016 as a CAREGiver. Later she became one of our Lead CAREGivers in August 2017. As of January 2018 she started working in the office as the Staffing Coordinator. Prior to working with Home Instead she spent time volunteering with ministries in Albuquerque, New Mexico and worked with the Santa Fe government and private law firms. Eva loves to help people. She believes in taking care of someone in the same way that she would want to be taken care of. She loves to spend time with her two daughters Shanice and Julianna. She also enjoys listening to music and dancing. Eva believes in living in the moment, being adventurous and spontaneous.

​Evelyn originally started with Home Instead in February 2002 as a CAREGiver. Evelyn has worked internally off and on for last few years, and most recently as our office administrator. She truly enjoys working with our clients and CAREGivers and understands the importance of positive care relationships. Her background is in human services and education. Evelyn has spent most of her life in Montana.
