Bob is passionate about providing exceptional care for seniors and being an employer of choice for our Home Instead team. As the Owner of Home Instead, he leads a team of dedicated office staff and care professionals focused on providing reliable, quality care. He is actively engaged by meeting with prospects, clients, and our partners. He empowers the team to ensure we find premium care for clients. He loves his family, sports, cooking, and giving back to the community. 

Latasha has been in the health care field for over 15 years. Most of her career has been in hospitals, long term care facilities and Assisted Living. Latasha is the Home Instead Office Manager and oversees the daily operations of the office. She enjoys building and maintaining relationships with caregivers and clients.  

Latasha enjoys traveling with her family, photography, and learning about new cultures. She believes that the key to happiness: is to love your family, work hard, and live your passion. 

Being a nurse was Dawn's calling from a very young age. Having accomplished that goal, Dawn spent 20+ years gathering hospital experience. She decided to transition into home care couple of years ago. She is married for 23+ years and has five beautiful children, who continue to amaze her every day. She loves to stay active and spend time outdoors. She also loves to sing and dance in her car!

Maria has been a Registered Nurse for years and has been working most of her career with the senior population. She loves working at Home Instead because of the interaction with her Clients and their families.  

Amanda is the Administrative/Intake Coordinator at Home Instead, serving as a compassionate and knowledgeable first point of contact for clients and families. With a strong background in home health, dermatology, and veterinary care, she brings empathy, attention to detail, and a calming presence to every interaction. Amanda is dedicated to making the intake process smooth, supportive, and reassuring.  This ensures that each client feels heard, informed, and cared for. Outside of work, Amanda volunteers with dog transport efforts across PA, NJ, and CT, and is actively involved in her local VFW, supporting veterans and their families through community outreach. She also enjoys spending time with her rescue pup-who reminds her daily of the value of comfort, trust and care. 

Driven by purpose and heart, Odessa brings over ten years of experience in healthcare recruitment. She has a gift for connecting with others and a passion for matching compassionate caregivers with clients. For her, this work isn’t just a job - it’s a heartfelt commitment. Odessa believes caregiving is a lifestyle rooted in empathy, trust, and meaningful relationships. She is dedicated to building inclusive teams and ensuring clients and caregivers feel truly supported and find fulfillment in providing and receiving the care they need. 

Sheil is our Staffing Coordinator and manages the Client and Caregiver schedule.  She loves matching caregivers with clients and ensuring that our caregivers get the schedules that they are looking for.

Porshiana is a proud mother and wife who finds joy in caring for others—both at home and work. She has a deep passion for making sure the people around her feel supported, valued, and cared for. Whether it’s through home-cooked meals, enjoying Broadway shows, or capturing moments behind the camera, she cherishes life’s simple connections. 

Working with Home Instead allows her to extend that care to our clients and their families. She truly believes that everyone deserves compassion and support, especially during their most vulnerable moments. As the On-Call Coordinator, she serves as a vital link between our clients, caregivers, and office staff after hours—ensuring that help is always just a phone call away.
