Drew Dechiaro, Owner
Drew DeChiaro wants to make a difference in his community – that’s why he left a successful career in the corporate world to join the Home Instead family.
In addition to managing the Monmouth County Home Instead, Drew is a primary caregiver for his daughter and provides support for his own parents and other family members.
Drew knows that the majority of Monmouth County seniors want to age in place. His goal is to provide area seniors with the best possible care – services that will allow them to live safely in their homes for as long as possible.
Josie Fedak, BA, CDP, CADDCT
As office manager for the Shrewsbury office, Josie oversees administrative duties, handling scheduling, new client onboarding and staffing.
Josie has years of experience in the industry, completing these tasks with the care and dignity that our clients expect. Josie loves talking and getting to know the clients, enabling Shrewsbury Home Instead to deliver the personalized care it's known for.
Lorraine Warren, BSN, RN-BC, CRRN
As Director of Nursing, Lorraine performs in-home client assessments and develops a plan of care.
Her work ensures that our Caregivers are able to provide the highest level of service to the seniors and families we serve.
Denise Sparnroft, RN, BSN, CRRN
Denise has been a nurse in the Homecare industry for over 20 years. Denise has experience both personally and professionally that have allowed her to perform her duties with compassion and knowledge.
Denise excels at home client assessments and developing care plans that ensure each and every client will have the best possible outcomes.
Judy Pereira, RN, BSN
Judy has over 15 years' experience in a variety of health care settings, allowing her to deliver the highest level of care for our clients. Judy loves getting to know her clients and their families and is passionate about providing personalized, high-quality plans of care and support for clients.
Fran Taylor, RN, BSN, CSN
Fran has 25 years of diverse nursing experience, she is a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse specializing in community health, school nursing, and home care. Fran brings a unique blend of leadership, clinical expertise, and case management skills.
Fran’s practice is rooted in patient-centered care, with a strong commitment to health education and promoting wellness.
Helen Bettman, On call Supervisor
Helen assists both existing and new clients, as well as our staff on weekends and evenings.
Helen brings 8 years of experience as a Caregiver herself, and has utilized her empathy and compassion to address the needs of our clients during off hours.
Janet Lawrence, Administrator
Janet's primary responsibilities include Accounts Receivables, HR Compliance and providing general office support to the team.
Isabella Whitaker, Administrator
Isabella is the newest member of the Home Instead team, joining as an Administrator and Recruitment Coordinator. With an enthusiastic attitude, she brings a passion for connecting with people and a strong eagerness to learn and grow. A lifelong resident of Monmouth County, Isabella is excited to get to know the families, making a positive impact on the local community.
