DIRECTOR OF NURSING

HOME INSTEAD, serving Essex and Union Counties is seeking an RN for its DIRECTOR OF NURSING.
We are private pay and have been in business for over 25 years, successfully servicing 1000s of clients and training, employing and bettering the lives of the individuals we serve and the CARE PROfessionals we employ.

Qualifications:

1. Graduate from an accredited college with a Bachelor of Science degree with a major in nursing or other health related field.
2. Must be a registered nurse in good standing, holding a current N.J License issued by the New Jersey Board of Nursing.
3. Must be a team player..
4. Must enjoy being creative and open to new ideas.

Job Responsibilities Include, (But Not Limited to):

1. IInitial Nursing Assessments
2. 60 Day QA Visits
3. Supervision of CHHAs
4. Advanced Training of CHHAs

Compensation Package:
$55 - $60/hour
3 weeks paid time off
10 paid holidays
